what a superhero to "combine working on my master’s degree, my residency, being a mommy, being a wife, traffic, etc." and much of that during COVID!

women are so strong!  what a great role model for young men & women alike!  Her husband too 🥰

how locals will treat foreigners differently, for example in preparing food differently because they think you’ll like it better than the authentic.

sad that this form of discrimination / bias, although not malicious and borne of real observed patterns, is so common.  

reminds me of how as a young founder/ceo, first time meeting counterparts would overlook me and greet older team-members assuming they were. how i could never be seen as qualified a job teaching english in Asia, etc.  

that said, my experiences cannot even approach what a woman must face in this world, especially as a doctor in Ghana!
