Although from a completely different background, there are so many parallels i believe we'd all recognize.  

For example, the short-sighted pursuit of fleeting instant gratification vs the disciplined, structured, and sometimes slow incremental investment in something worthwhile and long-lasting.  Similarly, while urbanism seemingly has infinitely more dynamic inputs (and a faarrrrr greater time scale / consistency challenge 🤯  as @Xenia pointed out), just as for any disruptive inflection to occur, breaking free from rigid boxes and reimagining from holistic first principles is the most effective starting point.

I have the same sources of joy as @Rashid Ayoubi .  Creation, and deep meaningful conversations.   Sharing the former via the latter with critical but kind open minds is the best source of learning & inspiration.  I hope that in the future, that will become more common online instead of what's dominant in the 🤮  status quo - selfish people and small talk.
